Effective September 15, 2022. Every person who discharges, or causes, permits or allows the discharge of an air contaminant into the environment from a residential indoor wood-burning appliance in the Metro Vancouver region must register and comply with Best Burning Practices as set out in Schedule A & B of Bylaw 1303.
