Water-ponding yard or flooding basement? 花園和地庫有水淹嗎？

The raining season is ending soon! Do you have a water ponding backyard or a flooding basement? Please consider to improve drainage system in the yards, cover the sunken patio to basement (see photo). If the basement was equipped with a single-pump sump, please upgrade to a dual-pump system or even a triple-pump system to prevent flooding at power outage.
