為緊急情況做好準備 - 手機

1. 在手機內預設的 "Safety and Emergency" 應用程式輸入重要的醫療資料。撿到你手機的人或急救員毋須密碼，只要按下Emergency就能看到你預設的家人聯絡電話，血型，病况，藥物敏感等緊急救援資訊。

2. 使用Google Map 可以與家人分享你的手機位置。發生意外、迷路或遺失手機時，都可以快速聯絡。(在手機 Google account 內搜尋 Location sharing，預設可以查看的家人)

3. 在列治文市政府 MyRichmond Account 登記你的手機號碼和電郵，Richmond BC Alert 系統會在災難發生時立刻通知你。必須以列治文地址登記，https://www.richmond.ca/services/public-safety/emergency-preparedness/notify-me.htm

(非列治文市居民可以下載温哥華市政府建議的 ALERTABLE Public Alerts App)

4. 下載 BC Service Cards App, 當中會有你的藥物處方和重要醫療資料。

5. 設定家庭的留言群组(Message Group)，例如 WhatsApp 和 Signal，最好包含省外電話號碼，當災難發生後，請儘量用簡短文字報平安，避免不必要的電話和語音傳送，減少佔線和當地的網路繁忙，以方便911緊急通訊。

為緊急情況做好準備 - 車/船/房屋/辦公室
1. 急救包(First Aid Kit) ：船上要用防水浮水包裝袋。

2. 冬天汔車應急包 (Winter Driving Emergency Kit) : 滅火器，防凍液和擋風玻璃清洗液，手套，雪刷，雪剷，保暖包，雨衣，緊急啟動電池連照明燈等。

3. 家居應急包(Emergency Kit)：不易腐爛的食品(至少三天到一週的供應量，配有手動開罐器)，水(每人每天四公升，用於飲用和衛生) ，手機充電器、行動電源或逆變器，電池供電或手搖收音機，

電池供電或手搖手電筒，額外電池，急救箱和藥品 ，個人盥洗用品和物品，例如一副額外的眼鏡或隱形眼鏡 ，您的緊急計劃副本 ，重要文件的副本(例如保險文件和身分證明，小額鈔票現金，用於個人衛生的垃圾袋和濕紙巾，季節性服裝、堅固的鞋子和緊急毯，防塵口罩，哨子，幫助/OK 標誌。

4. 逃生包（Grab-and-go bag)：除了以上的大型家居應急包外，也要準備小型的逃生背包，只放以上簡單的急需物品。若有寵物要另備應急包，詳情請查看網上資料。

5. Evacuee Registration and Assistance ：BC省府強烈呼籲全省居民無論是否處於危險區，都應提前在 BC省緊急支援服務 (ESS) 網頁或透過手機 BC Services Card App 註冊個人專屬檔案。當災害（如山火、洪水）發生而被迫撤離時，這能讓您更快獲得臨時的住宿、食物和衣物物資。

New regulation of Residential Indoor Wood Burning effective September 15, 2022

Effective September 15, 2022. Every person who discharges, or causes, permits or allows the discharge of an air contaminant into the environment from a residential indoor wood-burning appliance in the Metro Vancouver region must register and comply with Best Burning Practices as set out in Schedule A & B of Bylaw 1303.
